Every print is made to order. Nothing is held in stock, which is why the paper is archival and the edition numbers mean something. Allow 5–8 business days for production before dispatch.
Prints up to 16 × 24 ship rolled in a rigid tube. Larger sizes ship rolled unless a flat pack is requested at checkout.
Canadian and US orders are fulfilled domestically and carry no import duty. International orders may attract duty or import tax on arrival, which is set by your own customs authority rather than by me.
Photograph the packaging and the print, email within 14 days, and a replacement goes out at no cost. No need to return the damaged piece.
Open edition prints may be returned within 30 days in original condition for a full refund less return shipping.
Limited edition prints are made to order against a specific edition number and are not returnable except where damaged or defective. That is the trade-off for a genuinely limited run — the number is retired the moment it is made.
Non-refundable once downloaded, which is standard for delivered digital goods. A faulty or incorrect file is replaced immediately.
