Printed to order in Canada. Checkout ships to Canada and the United States; anywhere else, ask and I will quote the real postage. Everything you need to know before you buy, on one page.
Every print is made to order. Nothing is held in stock, which is why the paper is archival and the edition numbers mean something. Allow 5–8 business days for production before dispatch.
Canada and the United States. One flat rate of $25 USD at checkout, whichever of the two you are in. The real difference between them is about ten dollars and it isn't worth making you read a table to find out which side of it you are on.
Everywhere else: email me and I will quote the actual postage. It is usually $60–90 to Europe or Australia, and I'd rather give you the real number than average it into everybody’s price.
Allow 5–8 business days for production, then 2–5 business days within Canada and 5–10 to the United States. Prints up to 16 × 24 ship rolled in a rigid tube.
Everything is printed and dispatched from British Columbia. US orders cross a border, so duty or import tax may apply on arrival. That is set by US customs rather than by me, and it is not included in the price. Canadian orders carry no import charge.
Photograph the packaging and the print, email within 14 days, and a replacement goes out at no cost. No need to return the damaged piece.
Open edition prints may be returned within 30 days in original condition for a full refund less return shipping.
Limited edition prints are made to order against a specific edition number and are not returnable except where damaged or defective. That is the trade-off for a genuinely limited run: the number is retired the moment it is made.
Non-refundable once downloaded, which is standard for delivered digital goods. A faulty or incorrect file is replaced immediately.
Ask. It is a small operation and I would rather answer a question than process a return. Get in touch.
