Trips are booked with the operator under the operator’s terms; what this site does for trips is introduce you, and the trips page says how that works.
Prices are in US dollars and include the print itself and nothing else. Shipping is added at checkout as one flat rate; duties and taxes on arrival are yours, and the shipping page explains why. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order. I don’t see or store your card.
Every print is made to order on Canson Platine, signed, and posted from British Columbia. Every signed edition is numbered out of 20. The number you receive is retired the moment it is printed. Open prints are unlimited and unnumbered. Production and delivery times, damage in transit and returns are on the shipping page; those are the terms and they are not repeated here so they cannot disagree.
Colour: prints are made from the same file you saw on screen, proofed on paper. Screens vary; the print is the reference, not your monitor.
A download is a licence, not a sale of the image. You may print it for your own home or office and use it on your own personal devices. You may not sell it, print it for anyone else, use it commercially, or post it online. Downloads are not refundable once delivered; a faulty file is replaced at once.
Every photograph on this site is © Miles Nurse. Buying a print or a download does not transfer copyright or any right to reproduce the image. Editorial and commercial use is licensed separately, on the licensing page.
Limited prints marked “by enquiry” and every licence are agreed by email, through Formspree. The email that confirms price, size or use is the contract for that order, and these terms apply to anything it doesn’t cover.
Write first. It is one person, and almost everything is fixed by a conversation. Failing that, these terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada, and any dispute belongs in the courts of British Columbia.
