The resort is a resort. You are inside a compound with a wristband, and if what you want from travel is the country you are standing in, this is not the format for it. The Sustainability score reflects an all-inclusive model on a reef under pressure rather than anything the dive team is doing wrong.
The dive team here is good and the reef is not, and no amount of the first repairs the second.

This is a Sandals property first and a dive operation second — the resort isn't built around divers, and it shows in the crowd around you.
The diving itself is average. If a great reef is the point of the trip, this isn't where you go for it.
What it is genuinely good at: all-inclusive pampering. Plenty of guests are there for the food and drink, not the dive schedule — know which trip you're actually booking.
